1. ICS offers a Free of charge, no obligation repair quotation service. In the rare case you opt not to repair, we then dispatch your unit as per your instructions only the freight/courier charges being borne by you (FOD basis).
2. In rare cases if the equipment needs extensive dismantling time and fault identification, incidental charges will apply, and we will inform on receipt /advance
3. In most cases the evaluation will be done in 2 or 3 days, and the quote will be sent by email or FAX. We will not commence repairs until we receive communication from you to that effect.
4. The quotation will be based on the time and parts needed to repair the unit. Please contact us to receive a free quote.
